Study program
Growing demand for specialised laboratory technicians Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) are among the newest and most innovative treatment methods in modern medicine. They use cells, genes or tissues to treat – or even cure – diseases. A groundbreaking example is CAR-T cell therapy, in which a patient’s own cells are used to target and destroy cancer cells.
These developments are driving a rising demand for specialised laboratory technicians.
The Advanced Therapies Training Program (ATTP) offers training in the essential techniques and laboratory processes involved in cell and gene therapy. What can you expect?
- You will build a solid theoretical foundation.
- You will spend time in the laboratory gaining hands-on experience.
- You will learn how to carry out precise quality controls.
Your lecturers provide personal guidance and regular feedback. By working together, you also learn from fellow students.
